I know it's been a long time since last posting but I needed to announce that my ATM card arrived this morning and I am quite happy. Now it just needs to be activated and (finger's crossed!) it will work without a hitch at an bancomart.
Additionally, had a good day of language class. A small light went on in my brain. It's a good day.
I'm hoping to post more later this weekend or early next week. Maybe with some photos.

(in my best praying voice) - OH LORD, we ask you to please keep a special hedge of protection around this ATM card! please, lord, keep it safe. keep it away from any atm card-eating machines, give it a special sense should it ever encounter one again. we pray that it would crawl out of april's hand and up her arm and into her specially designed greasy hair that you have given her in order to protect it from eviL, evIL, EVIL! wamu-card-eating machines. thank you, lord.
